ALL SERVICES

The below services will be conducted at each appointment:
HVAC Deep Clean
  • Clean condenser coils to prolong the lifespan of the unit.

  • Inspect HVAC condenser unit thermostat cables, low-pressure line insulation, fan motor and any electrical issues. This is to ensure all components are operating efficiently.

  • Clean HVAC condensation line and install antibacterial solution. A clean condensation line prevents water damage, reduce odors, and keeps the system running well.

  • Inspect HVAC blower-intake and repair minor air duct leaks.*

  • Clean HVAC air return and air vents to improve indoor air quality and increase efficiency.

  • Install FREE 3M quality air filters and clean air return compartment. Ensuring a clean air return vent allows cooler, denser air flow back into the HVAC system through the ductwork.

Appliance Cleaning
  • Clean refrigerator condenser coils. Dirty coils cause the refrigerator to work harder to keep coil, which leads to higher energy bills, food spoilage, and breakdown.

  • Clean refrigerator drip pan and fan motor. This will prevent leaks, odors, and blockages which affect the overall efficiency of the refrigerator.

  • Inspect and clean clothes dryer vent, inside and outside of the home. Clean vents provide better airflow, which can help the dryer run more efficiently and dry clothes faster, which may reduce energy costs.

  • Inspect washing machine water lines and drain lines. A clear drain hose will prevent excessive wear on the drain pump and drive system, which will prolong the lifespan of the washing machine.

Water Efficiency
  • Flush sediment in the hot water heater.  Sediment acts as an insulator, which prevents heat from transferring to the water making the heater less efficient. Flushing hot water heater can make it run for shorter periods of time, which can lower energy costs.

  • Install FREE hot water heater blanket.* An insulation blanket can help save money on energy bills by reducing heat loss and maintaining consistent water temperature.

  • Clean gas hot water heater burners, which will extend the lifespan of the water heater and increase efficiency.

  • Adjust hot water temperature for optimum performance and safety.

  • Inspect toilet valves and adjust fill rates. Often times, our toilets are operating on far more water than it needs to operate. Reducing the amount of water in the tank contributes to additional savings.

  • Adjust water pressure at all applicable water valves to prevent overuse and increase savings.

General Efficiency Services
  • Clean out home perimeter weep holes and soffit vents.* Adequate attic ventilation helps regulate the temperature in the living spaces below, Cleaning such vents will improve energy efficiency.

  • Clean roof ridge vents to improve additional attic ventilation and prevent moisture issues. Furthermore, cleaning of ridge vents can help prevent pest manifestations, which can cause further damage to the home.

  • Clean bathroom vents to improve air quality and reduce moisture build-up. When bathroom vents are clogged, the exhaust fans have to work harder, consuming more energy. Conversely, a clean air vent will ensure proper airflow, potentially saving energy and prolonging the life of exhaust fans.

  •  Inspect and clean all p-traps and drain lines. This inspection helps prevent water damage, unpleasant odors and also ensures efficient drainage.

  • Inspect fire and carbon monoxide detectors and replace if necessary.**

* = Denotes largest energy savings
** = Replacement of fire and carbon monoxide detectors can be scheduled at no cost.
