Air Conditioning - $99

Clean HVAC condenser coils and remove debris.

Inspect HVAC condenser unit thermostat cables, low-pressure line insulation, fan motor and electrical issues. Make customer aware of any findings.

Clean HVAC condensation line and apply antibacterial solution.

Inspect HVAC blower intake and repair minor air duct leaks in the air handler.

Install 3M air filters (3 months filters included).

Water Efficiency - $99

Install water heater blanket.

Clean water heater burners for homes with gas water heater.

Flush sediment in the water heater tank.

Adjust water temperature for optimum performance and safety.

Inspect and adjust washing machine water lines and drain.

Inspect toilet valves and adjust fill rates.

Adjust water pressure at all applicable water valves.

Inspect all P-line water traps and drain lines.

Inspect and clean clothes dryer vent, both outside and inside the home.

Clean home perimeter weep holes and soffit vents.

Clean refrigerator drain pan and fan motor.

Inspect fire and carbon monoxide detectors, and schedule free replacement of fire and carbon monoxide detectors if needed.

F.A.Q.
Will this service save me money?
We have identified an extensive checklist of items to complete to ensure a home is operating as efficiently as possible. Some of these objectives include insulating water heaters to cleaning condenser coils to adjusting water pressure levels...and much, much more! The intention is to perform these services that are likely to reduce utility bills and prolong the life of major home appliances.
How long will the service take to complete?
Most homes take about a half a day to complete. The services are broken into interior and exterior checklists, each taking two to three hours to complete. We respect our customer's time in their home, therefore punctuality and efficiency are of the essence.
Are there any additional charges?
Light maintenance repairs are generally included with initial service fee (thermal duct tape, A/C Freon line insulation, sealant, chemicals, toilet valves, etc.). Any issues such as appliances or other homeowner risks will be brought to the customer's attention at final walk-through. Our team has partnered with several repair companies in Pensacola to refer to the homeowner.
How often are the services needed?
Each home should be thoroughly serviced a minimum of once per year. One initial service is performed, a semi-annual, follow-up servicing is recommended (additional fee).
Do you sell or service solar panels?
No! While some believe solar energy is an efficient way to power a home, we do not offer, nor are we qualified to conduct any sales or services regarding solar energy.
